At IMPACT 2018, Abe Gonzalez from Bloomingdale’s presented a Learning Lab on “Buy Online Pick up in Store” (BOPIS) and Merchandise Credit retail fraud. BOPIS is a relatively new function that has grown in popularity over recent years, and while there are many benefits, criminals have already found ways to exploit it.
