Our Engagement Lab is a state-of-the-art mock-store lab, featuring more than 200 hundred of the latest technologies for combating theft, fraud, and violence.

This real-world environment in one of our on-campus parking lots provides the perfect testing ground for a variety of security technology, video, and detection systems.
Security Operations Center (SOC) Lab

We monitor and analyze security data from sources within the retail environment, such as CCTV footage, point-of-sale systems, and access control systems. Our team also tests and evaluates solutions like intrusion detection systems, video analytics, and fraud detection software.

How to Access LPRC Labs
LPRC members have exclusive access to the labs and their resources. You can participate in ideation exercises and brainstorming projects in any of our labs. Contact us for details about scheduling and our research calendar.
Non-members may be able to visit the labs by appointment or participate in specific programs offered by the LPRC.
