Business Operations Program Lead
Originally from Palm Beach County, Alex Palomar graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in criminology. During her time at UF, she was a member of the Criminology and Law Honor Society and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. After graduation, she began her career in forensic behavioral health before transitioning into forensic program evaluation. That experience inspired her to pursue a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University, which she completed in 2023 as a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Since then, Alex has continued to grow professionally through her work with LPRC, building experience in project management, criminal justice, and operations. Now settled into her operations role, she enjoys balancing her career with family life alongside her husband and their two young daughters.
