Introductory Benchmarking Part 2
In the second part of our LPRC video analytic benchmarking webinar, we used feedback from 30 customers to assess the impact that associate interaction has on their shopping experience and create initial estimates for average loitering and line queue times as well.
This webinar is not intended to paint a broad picture of loitering and queue line times to be used for video analytics, instead it takes a look at different methods in which you can collect data from customers and from your analytic systems and use that information for store specific automated alerts. Benchmarking is a continuous process and the operator should not consider their work completed after the first round or two of establishing times for automated alerts.
